Wigan Athletic Wages ?

Just been reading on F/book about the points deduction against Wigan A so i'm asking the regular Latics fans just what is the full score on this debacle ? i have read that besides 4 points starting next term at the of next year there will be another 4 more points deducted is this true??? I await some facts .G.B.
